We are passionate gourmets and wine tasters ourselves; we have put together our extensive wine list with great passion and always keep it up to date. Wine culture in Austria
Good wine has been appreciated in Austria since Roman times. As the name suggests, winegrowing began in the Weinviertel (“wine quarter”). However, the quality of Austrian wines has increased significantly in recent decades. Grüner Veltliner and Blauer Zweigelt are the most frequently cultivated varieties. At Fliesserhof, however, we not only offer you local wines, but also a fine selection from different corners of the world - whether white with your starter, red with your main course, sparkling with your aperitif or sweet to accompany the dessert.
Bar & Cocktails
According to us, the best way to round off a successful day on holiday is at our bar: you can chat, chill out and reflect on the day over a good drink with friends or your better half. For those who like it colourful and fruity, we mix the most famous cocktails from near and far, while the "purists" among you might prefer a smoky whiskey or one of our original Tyrolean brandies. And the best thing? Once you get tired, your bed is just a few metres away.
